Welcoming the sunshine with this weeks tropical cocktail, the piña colada ☀️
I’ve switched the coconut cream for coconut water to make it lighter and more hydrating. I’ve also blended fresh pineapple chunks rather than using juice to add more fibre.
Recipe:
50ml coconut rum
1/2 lime squeezed (optional)
100g of pineapple chunks
100ml of coconut water
Handful of ice
Instructions:
Blend pineapple and ice
Then add rum, lime juice and coconut water and pulse once more
Pour into a glass, close your eyes and imagine you’re on a beach 🌴🌺🥥
