Finishing off the Holistic life happy hour series with tonight’s indulgent cocktail, the chocolate mudslide 🤤
I’ve switched the double cream with a plant based milk, so no need to worry if you’re lactose intolerant. I’ve also used the less processed, more highly nutritious raw version of chocolate, cacao 🍫
Ingredients:
Cocktail
100ml hazelnut/plant based milk
50ml of baileys
50ml of vanilla vodka
50ml of coffee liqueur
1 tsp of cacao
Handful of ice
Chocolate sauce
1 tsp of coconut oil
1 tsp of cacao
1 tsp of honey
Instructions:
Pop all the cocktail ingredients in a blender and pulse until smooth
Melt the coconut oil add cacao and honey and mix well
Pour the cocktail mix into a glass, top with hazelnut chunks and rim the glass with chocolate sauce to serve.
